The ULTRA MAX valving system is an engineered damping system that replaces the heart of your suspension with all new components. Stock valves have very restrictive ports and never yield the ultimate performance even after repeated revalving. Ultra Max valving systems can be purchased in a kit you install yourself or we can do it for you. Either way your suspension receives all new shims, “o”-rings, sealing bands, check plates, check plate springs, hardware and of course the Ultra Max valve body. Our incredibly slippery ZR Series suspension fluid and Nitrogen are included and there are no shop charges.

1. Are you paying for a revalve or a new valving system?
   Let’s make a clear distinction between the ULTRA MAX valving system and a procedure commonly referred to as “revalving”, “re-shimming” or “re-stacking”. ULTRA MAX fork and shock valving systems are the highest flowing valve systems in the world available to the public. Their superior design eclipses the performance available from any source that retains a stock valve or installs a “restricted flow” valve (this valve flows less than your stock valve). ULTRA MAX fork valves outflow stock components by up to 350%. ULTRA MAX shock valves exceed stock flow rates by up to 70%.
    
2. What parts will be returned to you?
   Moto Pro returns all of your stock components such as valve bodies, springs, bladders, bumpers, seal heads etc.
    
3. Are there “shop” charges for fluids, shims, spring spacers, cleaning etc?
   Revalving including shop charges often rivals the cost of an ULTRA MAX valving system which includes complete installation, Moto Pro ZR series suspension fluid, “o”-ring sets & Nitrogen (for shocks).
    
4. What new parts will be installed?
   ULTRA MAX valving systems include complete installation and set up with all new components.
    
5. Does the competition offer a complete kit you can install yourself?
   Ultra Max valving systems are available in a complete kit suitable for installation by home mechanics. You save $$$ if you do the work yourself. You also save the cost of shipping. If you can change fork seals you can install a fork kit. If you have changed shock oil you can install a shock kit. Included in the kit are complete illustrated instructions that outline the installation process. Most kits can be installed in less then 2 hours. If you get stuck we can help you over the phone.
