Buell Shock Service:
Buell incorporated a unique reverse action Showa shock into their chassis design. This shock is more difficult to service than traditional shock designs and creates a service problem for Buell owners. Now you can have the feeling of a new shock without paying big $$$ for a replacement unit. Over time shock fluid degrades. If you liked the ride and handling of your Buell when it was new you only need a shock rebuild to restore that factory new feeling. Riders carrying a passenger and / or extra luggage should consider our custom shock revalve and a heavier spring. REBUILD: Our shock rebuild returns that "new bike feeling" to your shock. We disassemble and clean all components. Included in the rebuild is a new Showa oil seal, Showa dust seal, Teflon coated shaft bushing, Moto Pro ZRT suspension fluid and recharge with Nitrogen. Most shock service is complete in less than one week.

REVALVE: Sport riders have expressed a desire for improved ride quality and comfort on longer trips. If you ride miles of pavement our revalve service is what you have been looking for. The stock shock set up is harsh on square edge pavement seams. Harsh ride quality is tiring and reduces traction and control. Moto Pro Suspension has developed a series of internal modifications that tunes out the harshness and increases your overall feeling of traction and control. Our revalve includes the complete rebuild and new compression and rebound shim stacks. Set up for solo or 2 up riding is available. We take into account several factors such as luggage weight and riding style. This is a custom service tuned for the way you ride your Buell.
