FORK REBUILD
Protect your expensive suspension components with a yearly fork service. Fork bushings are designed to wear and provide protection to the inner and outer tube assemblies. As these components wear they contaminate the fork fluid, further reducing suspension performance. Restore like new performance to your forks with a Fork Rebuild.
Our fork rebuild includes complete disassembly and solvent tank cleaning. Small passages in the compression and rebound assemblies are cleaned and the shims are inspected for cracks or cupping. A careful visual inspection will reveal any worn or damaged components needing replacement. After discussing our findings with you we carefully reassemble and set up your forks for your weight and riding style. We include our super slippery ZR series fork fluid with every rebuild.
